	That patch's problem isn't the feature set offered, it's the
implementation, and the size of the patch. Nobody could have ever
humanly reviewed a patch of that size (note that a patch of that size
has never been accepted into Bugzilla, as far as I know), and the *way*
it was coded wasn't the direction Bugzilla was going.
