mod_perl: All paths must be absolute

	Yeah, it's possible, but it wouldn't work at compile-time, and I also
need it to work there. (Trust me, it's basically impossible under
mod_perl at compile-time to switch to the directory of the
currently-running script, without knowing the absolute path of the
directory in advance.)

	I actually already made pretty much all the required changes, in a
patch here:
