	The way we have meetings normally is fine, when you, I, and justdave
are there. If we're not there or can't pay attention to the meeting, we
need to appoint somebody who confidently feels they can control the
meeting, and who has admin rights.

	If the meeting gets hectic, there's nothing wrong with temporarily
+m'ing the channel.
