I really didn't have any specifics in mind other than I think it's
appropriate that we're able to post major topics on the "blog" and see
what follow-up comes back as part of the discussion of each issue.  I
see it as more than a mailing list, but not as restrictive as a Wiki if
that make sense.  For example - I wouldn't want to update a Wiki to
change what someone else said, but I sure would want to be able to
comment for public discussion.
