SendSQL is GONE!

	Today is a day of celebration! We have finally, finally, after more
than two years of effort, removed all of the deprecated Bugzilla::DB
routines from Bugzilla.

	That is, SendSQL, FetchOneColumn(), all those things are GONE.

	I'd like to congratulate everybody who contributed, particularly
Frédéric who really pushed it all through at the end. The other great
primary contributors were (besides me): wicked, bkor, ghendricks,
gabriel, batosti, timello, and bbaetz.

	Thank you so much to everybody!
