Bugzilla FAQ

Has anyone put together a FAQ for Bugzilla yet?  If not, I think we
should begin compiling one and put the results on the Support page.  I'm
willing to do it if nobody else is up to it.  We're answering a lot of
questions multiple times in the support list.  It'd be a lot easier to
point users to the FAQ than to keep answering the same question over and
over again. :-)
