What is required to have that bug fixed?

As far as I can see, _RSZ_ has already done most of the work (as he says bugzilla.jp is using it). I assume it is just waiting on someone to review it and the changes to be made to the server?

That probably makes some sense, particularly if the servers are going to end up set up the same way as mozilla.(org|com) builds...
