BugZ with XAMPP

Hi,
I'm new in this and need your help.
I'm trying to install BugZ on my PC which has XAMPP on it.
The purpose of that is to modify some of the BugZ template.
Can anyone please refer/explain how to install  BugZ on this type of
machine? I was looking on line for this combination and couldn't find any
step by step instructions.
