LDAP bug cleanup

	Hey hey. I cleaned up all of the various LDAP bugs today. Now all LDAP
bugs start with [LDAP] in the summary, and all of the ones that are
still open are actually valid bugs or enhancements.

	If you file a new LDAP bug, just put [LDAP] on the front of its
summary.
