New Bugzilla Roadmap

For a .0 release, I think it warrants a little more time to make sure we "get it right." It's going to be critical for publicity's sake that we are careful about our .0 releases because there's a real perception that .0 releases set the tone for how others see the quality of the software being produced over-all.
