New Bugzilla Roadmap

I'd like to have an IRC meeting at some point to get some real-time
discussion on the planning around this, too (this was kind of ad-hoc
stuff last night as we thought of it), for people to knock out ideas
some.  Trying to find a time when lots of people can make it, is of
course, the challenging part.  Is weekends or weekdays better?  Sometime
in the next few days would be nice.
