bugzilla.org mail server move completed

The bugzilla.org mail server move has been completed.  We're now hosted 
entirely on mozilla.org hardware.

If anyone notices any problems, let me know.  I ended up copying the 
entire majordomo2 installation over intact (minus the other domains, and 
upgrading it in the process), because it was less work than trying to 
figure out how to convert the archives to work in mailman. :)

We may still convert to mailman at some point, but it's no longer a rush 
job.
