	Yeah, that's what I was thinking of doing, was during migration just
creating combination groups. It would be a bit chaotic for some
installations, but most large installations that I've worked with rarely
have a bug in more than one group (because of the AND nature of groups).
And we'd make sure to have checksetup.pl print out all the created
combination groups.

	Rather than have a choice between AND and OR groups, I'd rather just
have OR groups.
