landfill /var/www/html clean-up

	There were a lot of old test installations sitting around in
landfill's /var/www/html directory. If they were old and unused (I
checked by last modification date, and also if they were about closed
bugs), they were moved to the archive/ directory.

	If for some reason anybody still needs those installations, just move
then back out of /var/www/html/archive.
