Bugzilla Installation

hi,
 
  I followed the steps in Bugzilla Guide and installed Bugzilla in my Linux system. And now when i am tring to access the bugzilla from localhost i.e http://lcoalhost/bugzilla i am getting an error message liket he folowing.
 
 You don't have permission to access /bugzilla/index.cgi on this server.
 
 I have done all the settings in the httpd.conf file.
 
 What may be the problem??
