fixed in version ? (target milestone / flags)

Hi there,

I read the manual but i am still a bit unclear about the handling of target milestone and flags. 

What is the correct approach to say this bug is fixed in version xyz in bugzilla ?

I looked in mantis and there when you close a bug you can say in which version it is fixed in a very easy way. I this possible in bugzilla ?
