local (fat) GUI client for bugzilla ?

Hi there,

I am searching a local (fat) GUI client for bugzilla. I know that webapplications are easier to install ;-), but some users are
demanding a local (fat) and comfortable (d&d) client (e.g. in java).

Has anybody done this ? 
Are there any plans to do this ? ;-)

I googled and found some IDE integrations, e.g. eclipse bugzilla plugins. What I was really searching is a local fat gui client.
