Another way to map users to LDAP

Current LDAP implementation use mail LDAP attribute from user login to 
compute its bugzilla ID. This is quite fine on single-datastore bugzilla 
system, but on multiple-datastore bugzilla, some users may have to use 
different ids on different bugzilla. For instance, user X involved in 
projects foo and bar would like to be X at foo.org in foo project's 
bugzilla, and X at bar.org on bar project's bugzilla.

I have a personal patch that completly replaced original bugzilla LDAP 
mapping with this system. However, if there is any interest, I could 
rewrite it so as to offer either a choice between the two different 
mapping methods.
