Since the CVS files don't conflict, package 2 RPMs

1) The bugzilla files
2) The CVS files


I know upgrading by CVS would defeat the RPM install but, it is a option.


rpm -i bugzilla.rpm

rpm -i bugzilla-CVS.rpm
