Aaaah.  Much better. :)  What about the idea about doing role accounts?
On the files, we could do filename-reviewers at bugzilla.bugs (i.e.
checksetup.pl-reviewers at bugzilla.bugs)?  This way, the reviewer's email
addresses aren't automatically exposed...
