That's actually a pretty cool idea, except that as far as I know, wikis
don't deal well with Docbook XML, and it would probably be non-trivial
to convert it.
We do actually have a wiki we can use already if we want it at
http://wiki.mozilla.org/ . Would be easy enough to create a namespace
for Bugzilla on there.
