Splitting IRC into two?

I have configured my IRC client to color bot messages in different color 
so they stand out quite nicely currently. Still, when I stopped to think 
about this separation issue, I decided it would be a good idea.

Why? Well, I have a habit of scrolling IRC backlog from top to bottom 
and clicking on the URLs of various changed bugs to see what is going 
on. Now, if there is a lot of discussion in between I keep getting 
distracted between discussions by interesting people (also colored 
differently) and bot announcements. If there would only be a channel 
where only bots announce stuff.. :)
