UI hackathon proposal

Agreed, both the advanced search and show_bug pages are probably the most 
critical. 

Of course we are going to need to have some direction to go on these. When do 
we plan on having this discussion? (or has it been going on somewhere that I 
am not aware of? ) 

I have some suggestions which are pretty much summed up by looking at how we 
have changed the layout at bugzilla.novell.com (of course I am a bit partial 
to that system myself ;-)

In all honesty though I would like to know what people think and get the 
discussion flowing a little. 
It might be a good idea to set up a bugzillaUI channel in IRC while we are 
doing the hackathon so as not to choke the regular channel.
Just a suggestion.
