Schema diagram and DHTML libraries

Dave,

    Since this only uses DHTML for the display, the code can be in 
either javascript or on serverside perl.  The only thing is that you 
don't need to link the GD libraries.. (NOTE: graphinc capabilities are 
limited to fixed colors, line graphs, and bar graphs.  no gradients, 
shading, etc...)
