Schema diagram and DHTML libraries

Hi all, I did not notice a schema diagram in the cvs area.  I have 
developed one for 2.18 and can provide it if you guys feel it would be 
useful.

Also, I noticed that there is a need for to link the GD libraries to 
enable graphing.  I wanted to share with you all my javascript and 
server side libraries for graphing pie, bar and line graphs in DHTML 
which removes the need to install these perl libraries.  Let me know if 
there is interest and I can provide them.
