UI hackathon proposal

hrm. fridays suck for me, because i turn into a pumpkin (~4pm). 
thursdays are much better, i have a tendency to stay up late. it's 
probably best for me to be around at the beginning to poke people w/ 
problems at the beginning (i love filing small bugs) and help at the end 
(reviews or small patches for missed items).
