I'm suggesting making as many and as deep changes as are reasonable 
within the given time frame.  Since the time frame is only about eight 
hours, it's unlikely that we'll be doing much beyond template fixes, but 
there are no a priori restrictions.  If deeper code can get written and 
reviewed within that time frame (f.e. if it doesn't touch code others 
are hacking, so the author can spend time on it without holding others 
up), more power to it.
