* perl v5.8.7 built for MSWin32-x86-multi-thread, 
* mysql  Ver 14.7 Distrib 4.1.12a, for Win32 (ia32)
* bugzilla-2.16.10

When running 'checksetup.pl', all modules are found but I receive the
following error:
