How long did you wait? There's almost always people in there, though if
you hit at a point when people are busy or sleeping it may be an hour or
two before someone answers. Generally once you get someone's attention
they're pretty responsive.
If you're continuing to have bad luck there, the mozilla-webtools list
(aka netscape.public.mozilla.webtools) is the next-best place to ask.
And as someone else mentioned before, either in IRC or on the mailing
list/newsgroup, if you can tell us a little bit about your problem it
will save some time...
For example, if you go on IRC and ask "can someone help me with
installing Bugzilla?", but everyone happens to be busy or sleeping or
whatever at the time... an hour later, someone says "sure, what's up?"
but you were off doing something while you waited, and didn't see their
reply for 10 or 15 minutes. Then you come back and ask your question
and that person's gone again. If the question is stated up-front, then
they might have actually answered it when they saw it, and you wouldn't
have to wait for them again.
