Version on bmo vs (future) bbo

	So, I was thinking that perhaps bmo should be our testing ground for
stable releases, and bugzilla.bugzilla.org (which is hopefully coming
within the next few months, I think) should be our testing ground for
tip code.

	Then we'd have something constantly running a stable branch and getting
tested, making our stable branches even more stable.

	We could upgrade bmo every time we have an RC on a branch.
