asterisk integration

I haven't heard of anything (though with Terry Weissman having worked 
for TellMe after leaving Netscape, and that being the kind of thing 
TellMe does, it would make sense if they had a commercial offering that 
did that).  That would be way cool though.

I'd imagine calling in via phone, and having it read a bug report to 
you, or using your touch tones to perform actions on a bug?
