Goals for 2.22

	OK! Originally, I think that I was hoping that we could have a LOT of
stuff in Bugzilla 2.22, enough to call it 3.0. Due to our EXTREMELY
delayed release of Bugzilla 2.20rc1, we don't have as much time as I'd
hoped before our 2.22 freeze.

	However! I think that we may still have enough time to get the
following things done:

	* mod_perl support (Bug 87406)
	* A Bug.pm that can write to the DB (bug 122922)
	* Basic Custom Fields
	* Eliminate SendSQL

	Of course, we won't hold the release for these things, but I think
they're good things to shoot for and focus on.
