FW: email notification in windows installation

I wonder - how difficult it would be for us to move to Mail::Sender rather
than relying on Sendmail?

I am using  Bugzilla Version 2.18rc3 on Windows XP. Is it possible to have 
email notification setup in this installations? I checked alread the 
Token.pm

open SENDMAIL, "|/usr/lib/sendmail -t -i";

What do I have to install?
