Modifying Bugzilla for Accessing Different Mysql bugs instances

Hello developers,

Pls anybody will guide me , how to 
modify Bugzilla for accessing different Mysql
instances 
depending on the URL.
There will be different aliases(URLS) for the document
root in httpd.conf file of apache.
