Bugzilla now requires perl 5.6.1

	Hey developers. Bugzilla now requires perl 5.6.1. Because of what looks
like a bug in perl, 5.6.0 can no longer pass the testsuite. You could
theoretically still run Bugzilla on 5.6.0, but your Apache warning log
would fill up with errors from every call to show_bug.cgi, probably.
