any "non html" bugzilla clients ?

Hi again,

subject says all. Are there any "non html" bugzilla clients ?

I know that it needs db-access connection and more setup
but sometimes users do not want a webapplication. 
e.g. a bugzilla java webclient with java-start would be an option.

I already HAVE running a bugzilla installation with lots of clients
with different browsers, but some of the users are used to the
"local client" ("non-browser") application look and feel...
