Enums, Take 2

	Hey there. So now I've split the bug 17453 patch (to remove enum fields
from Bugzilla) into two patches:

	+ One removes the enum fields, and provides all the logic to deal with
the change: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=17453

	+ One adds an admin interface to deal with changing the enum fields:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=281876

	The first one has a patch on it, now. If somebody could review that
patch really soon, I'd really appreciate it. It's one of the major
blockers to cross-DB support for 2.20.

	The second one should have a patch on it either later today, or
tomorrow.
