Hi,

I am still waiting for a response to know how I can increase the
Inactivity Session timeout. I am using Bugzilla version 2.17.1
I could not find any info on session timeout in bugzilla , could there
be such a parameter in httpd.conf ?

Example:

# PidFile: The file in which the server should record its process
# identification number when it starts.
#
PidFile run/httpd.pid

#
# Timeout: The number of seconds before receives and sends time out.
#
Timeout 300

#
# KeepAlive: Whether or not to allow persistent connections (more than
# one request per connection). Set to "Off" to deactivate.
#
KeepAlive Off

By default the timeout is 300

Thanks,

-Kamal.

Subject: Session Inactivity timeout

Hi,
How can I increase the session inactivity timeout in bugzilla.

Checksetup returns the following information.

 ./checksetup.pl

Checking perl modules ...
Checking for AppConfig (v1.52) ok: found v1.55
Checking for CGI (v2.88) ok: found v2.89
Checking for Data::Dumper (any) ok: found v2.12
Checking for Date::Parse (any) ok: found v2.27
Checking for DBI (v1.13) ok: found v1.32

Checking for GD::Graph (any) not found
Checking for GD::Text::Align (any) not found

If you you want to see graphical bug charts (plotting historical data
over
time), you should install libgd and the following Perl modules:

GD: perl -MCPAN -e'install "GD"'
Chart 0.99b: perl -MCPAN -e'install "N/NI/NINJAZ/Chart-0.99b.tar.gz"'

If you you want to see graphical bug reports (bar, pie and line charts
of
current data), you should install libgd and the following Perl modules:

GD: perl -MCPAN -e'install "GD"'
GD::Graph:       perl -MCPAN -e'install "GD::Graph"'
GD::Text::Align: perl -MCPAN -e'install "GD::Text::Align"'

Checking user setup ...
Removing existing compiled templates ...
Precompiling templates ...
Checking for MySQL Server (v3.23.6) ok: found v3.23.58

Reminder: Bugzilla now requires version 8.7 or later of sendmail.

I apologize in advance for posting this in developers list.
