to each member of a group.  Using group pronouns in the boolean charts
assigned_to   equals   %user%
you can have each user get a report with only bugs they own included.

You can update the template.  If you need more info passed to the 
template, file an RFE.   Don't foget that you can already get to the 
Param() function.
