Custom fields could take a while, even if Dave decides what we're doing 
tomorrow; and we should be able to convert these fields to custom fields 
without too much trouble even without enums (perhaps even more easily 
without enums); and getting rid of enums is a significant step forward 
for Bugzilla's cross-database compatibility and code cleanliness; so I 
think it's worth doing it now.
