Note that there's "Review process" chapter in the Reviewer's Guide at 
http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/reviewer.html. I did find that illuminative 
when I was trying to find out the process. Granted, it would need some 
enhancements like mentioning the Reviewer's List. Hmm, I'm sure we 
mention that list somewhere already.. Maybe docs people should rewrite 
that section as a separate Guide?
