Making It Easier To Start Working On Bugzilla

This might be a good thing to try out.  The only real way to test this 
short term is just to add stuff to the status whiteboard indicating that 
I guess.  The problem with using either the status whiteboard or 
keywords for this is that both are difficult to discover what the 
"legal" or desired values are to put there.
