Style of Resolved later/remind

This is one of the reasons why "RESOLVED/LATER" is deprecated and, I 
believe, not enabled in new installations of Bugzilla. It's a bad 
resolution; if the bug is going to be fixed later, it should remain open.

I'm not sure it's possible to style different sorts of RESOLVED bug in 
different ways. Another reason not to use LATER :-)
