The Developers' Guide: New and Improved!

	Hey hey. So, I spent several days a few weeks ago updating the
Developers' Guide so that it is up-to-date with our current coding
standards.

	I also added some big new sections on SQL, to help out people doing
cross-DB development work, and to help people understand JOIN
statements.
