We're hoping to get it up on bugzilla.mozilla.org this coming weekend. 
We fully expect (based on past experience because it has such a large 
user base) to have a large number of regression bugs filed after doing 
that.  The final 2.20 will get released as soon as those regressions are 
dealt with (which hopefully won't take more than a week or two).
