Is Bugzilla on Windows/IIS a Bad Idea?

Sorry, for the last post.

We have been able to use cygwin's perl and Bugzilla out of the box, for a 
few years now.  I know alot of changes have been made for ActiveState 
perl, if you have trouble, take a look at http://cygwin.com/setup.exe.

You will be able to do this on NT4, 2000, and XP.
