second UI hackathon next Friday, August 19

The next UI hackathon is happening next Friday, August 19.  Once again, 
we'll focus on the attachment UI, since although we made good progress 
on it in the last hackathon, we should get a little further before 
moving on to other things.

In a change of format, however, I'll discuss and review patches to other 
UI as time allows, so if you have a burning desire to improve some other 
UI before that UI's hackathon rolls around, pop in to the IRC channel 
and ping me about it.

I welcome the participation of all Bugzilla hackers and users who want 
to contribute to improving Bugzilla usability!  Code reviewers would be 
particularly useful, since while I can review other hackers' patches, I 
can't review my own.
