PostgreSQL Testing Installation on Landfill

	For those of you who don't want to install a PostgreSQL copy of
Bugzilla locally, but still would like to experiment with one or help us
test it out can try out our new landfill installation, bugzilla-tip-pg.
It will be updated to the latest code every hour, just like bugzilla-tip
is.

	Right now the first thing I've noticed is that show_bug is completely
broken... :-)

	Help us find other bugs that we haven't found yet! :-)
