	No, not in that form. Most of the features proposed for Bugzilla3 have
already been implemented in the normal Bugzilla development process.

	We are, however, considering calling version 2.22 version 3.0, if we
have both custom fields and mod_perl support in it, which I think we
might (though I can't promise anything).
