Patch: Buglist sort

Hi,

I attached a patch to bug #267859
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=267859
that fixes the buglists sorting. It indicates the sort direction
of the list by a little arrow next to the column header and allows
toggling of the sort direction by clicking on the header.

Moreover this patch fixes the problem described in bug #228053

Maybe you might want to accept the patch.
